How is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when checkout is completed and payment is successful. We’ll email your booking summary and Kapolei pickup instructions.
Is there a minimum rental period?
Yes. All launch rentals require a minimum of three days.
How does Kapolei pickup work?
Pickup and return are by confirmed appointment at 92-641 Newa Street, Kapolei, HI 96707. Your booking confirmation includes arrival instructions and your return time. This is not a walk-in storefront.
How does the security deposit work?
A $50 refundable security deposit is collected at checkout. After the gear is returned and inspected, we process the refund. Your bank’s posting time may vary.
How is the equipment prepared?
Equipment is cleaned, inspected and counted before every handoff. Quantities and condition are documented when the equipment is received and returned.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations received at least 72 hours before the scheduled rental start qualify for a 100% refund or rental credit. Cancellations 24–72 hours before the start receive a 100% rental credit. Cancellations under 24 hours receive a 50% rental credit. No-shows do not receive a refund or credit. Rental credits are valid for 30 days, non-transferable, have no cash value and are subject to availability.
